Wind Gap In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup Window: Online orders placed during business hours are ready for pickup within one hour of placement.

After Hours & Holidays: Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays will be ready for pickup the following business day.

Holding Period: We'll hold your order for 7 days. Before that window closes, we'll make every effort to reach you. If the order remains unclaimed after 7 days, a $25 restocking fee will be charged to the payment method used at checkout.

What to Bring: Please bring your order number or invoice along with a valid government-issued ID at pickup.

Store Hours:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday – Friday: 11am – 7pm

Saturday: 10am – 8pm

Sunday: 11am – 3pm

Wind Gap Return and Exchange Policy

Instrument Sales: All instrument purchases are final. If you run into a warranty issue, just reach out — manufacturer warranties handle the repair or replacement, and we're happy to help you facilitate the claim.

Everything Else: Accessories, strings, sheet music, and other non-instrument items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please Note: We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of damage, use, or wear.
